“There is more to learn, more music to create, more people to work with, and more young musicians to encourage.”
The Legacy
Victor has spent his working life on the other side of the glass — building soundtracks, recording first-time singers, mixing bands for festival crowds, and finishing stems sent from abroad. His contribution is measured less in his own name than in the records and performances of the people he has worked with.
“A music producer’s role goes beyond operating equipment, arranging instruments, or adjusting levels on a mixing console. It also involves listening, understanding an artist’s vision, offering guidance, and helping that artist bring out the best in their work.”
“Sometimes, what an artist needs most is someone who believes in their idea, recognises its potential, and is willing to work patiently with them until the music begins to take shape. That is a responsibility I take seriously.”
